Increases penalty for segments in higher-crime areas.
Amplifies penalties for traffic-dangerous segments (Vision Zero).
Increases penalty for poorly-lit segments after dark.
Each weight controls how much a safety factor influences the final route score. A value above 0.5 is treated as “high priority” and amplifies penalties for that factor. For example, setting Traffic Safety to 0.8 doubles the penalty for traffic-dangerous segments, similar to the built-in Vision Zero profile.
